Frogfoot is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join the Marketing team.
Purpose of the Role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital stories and bringing brands to life online. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will plan, create, schedule, and monitor content across our digital platforms, helping us drive brand awareness, boost customer engagement, and support key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create compelling visual and written content aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity.
- Community management of social pages.
- Collaborate with designers, digital agencies, and other departments to support campaigns.
- Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions), and monthly reporting.
- Facilitate and monitor social competitions.
- Assist with blog content, email marketing, and newsletters.
- Support event coverage, activations, and promotions across digital channels.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all content touchpoints.
What You’ll Need to Know
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and analytics tools.
- Added benefit to have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Video editing skills (basic or intermediate level).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is advantageous.
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in social media and content creation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
